Introduction
The Receptionist is the first point of contact at campus, ensuring a friendly welcome, accurate information, and smooth routing of visitors and calls. Main Duties
Reception & Visitor Management

Minimum Requirements
- Education: NQF Level 5 Higher Certificate in Office Administration (minimum). NQF Level 6 Diploma is advantageous.
- Experience: 2–3 years as a Receptionist; 1 year with the public/external parties and 1 year on a switchboard advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), MS Office proficiency, excellent time management and teamwork; ability to work under pressure and with urgency when required.
