Key Roles and What They Require
Procurement Manager (1 Position)
Purpose
Take full control of procurement activities. Ensure stock availability, supplier accountability, and cost discipline.
Key Focus Areas
- Supplier sourcing and quotation analysis
- Purchase order processing and stock monitoring
- Supplier performance and compliance
- Team supervision and reporting
- Cost control and budget support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business
- CPSP-T is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail procurement
Procurement Supervisor (3 Positions)
Purpose
Support daily purchasing operations and keep procurement records accurate and transparent.
Key Focus Areas
- Assist with sourcing and supplier follow-ups
- Maintain procurement records and databases
- Track deliveries and coordinate with finance and stores
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or wholesale operations
- Strong attention to detail and ethical conduct
Cashier (3 Positions)
Purpose
Handle transactions accurately while maintaining trust and customer confidence.
Key Focus Areas
- Process cash, card, and electronic payments
- Operate POS systems
- Balance cash and issue receipts
- Maintain professional customer service
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience
- High integrity and accuracy
Supermarket Manager (2 Positions)
Purpose
Run branch operations. Lead people. Control performance.
Key Focus Areas
- Sales, inventory, and staff management
- Customer service standards
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Coordination with HR, Finance, and Procurement
- Compliance with safety and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or supermarket management
- Strong leadership and operational discipline
Supermarket Supervisor (1 Position)
Purpose
Keep daily floor operations running smoothly.
Key Focus Areas
- Supervise store floor activities
- Product display, pricing, and stock rotation
- Customer issue resolution
- Daily sales reporting
- Support and motivate store staff
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail
- At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG or supermarket supervision
Store Keeper (15 Positions)
Purpose
Protect stock accuracy and inventory control.
Key Focus Areas
- Receive and issue goods
- Maintain inventory records
- Stock arrangement and safety
- Regular stock-taking and reporting
- Prevent loss, damage, or theft
Requirements
