Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the CFO. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and screening telephone calls for the CFO’s office
- Acting as a liaison officer on behalf of the CFO
- Making travel, accommodation, and other reservation arrangements
- Preparing reports and correspondence as requested by the CFO and Finance Manager
- Arranging and managing the CFO’s appointments and diary
- Organising meetings, preparing venues, agendas, and taking minutes for various committees
- Filing and archiving all departmental documents in an organised manner
- Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of financial documents related to the CFO’s office
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day office activities as delegated
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Administration or an equivalent qualification
- At least three (3) years’ relevant experience as a Personal Assistant
- Intermediate or Advanced computer literacy certificate
- South African citizenship

- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
