Role Overview:
SimplePay Capital Limited is looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant with a focus on HR administration to ensure the efficient functioning of daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office setting. This role involves providing essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the HR and Administration teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery and collection of mail, documents, parcels, and other office materials across departments and with clients.
  • Assist with routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Keep filing areas and shared office equipment clean and well-organized.
  • Prepare meeting rooms by arranging furniture and distributing materials.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure stationery and consumables are adequately stocked.
  • Handle external errands such as bank visits, bill payments, and procurement of supplies.
  • Facilitate the transfer of assets and documents between headquarters and branch offices.
  • Provide support for data entry and general clerical duties as required.
  • Aid HR/Admin in coordinating recruitment activities and office events.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and email.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
