- Dar es Salaam Zone – Zanzibar
Job Purpose
The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for improving customer experience by managing corporate client relationships and supporting Relationship Managers in business growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and visits
- Monitor client service usage and reduce customer dormancy and churn
- Support resolution of escalated customer complaints
- Conduct service recovery activities to rebuild customer loyalty
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and cross-selling
- Participate in service review meetings and client engagement calls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies
- Promote NMB values and ethical standards
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Relationship and portfolio management skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Report writing abilities
- Credit and trade financing knowledge (added advantage)
- Banking experience and customer service experience preferred
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service industry
- At least 1 year experience handling high-value clients
- Candidates applying for Zanzibar role must currently work in Zanzibar
